I ask him for his supervisor and he still says no. He then tells me to go back to the website and try again. I did not insult him, nor did I use profanity. He told me I was abusive and now my number is blocked. I have just wasted 2 hours of my life figuring this out for myself, so hardly work the 15 quid I saved over getting office to auto renew. This is the 6th time I have ordered this through Amazon going back yearly since and each time it works flawlessly. I have Office installed on 2 or 3 computers but having access to 6TB of cloud storage is the big draw for me, providing ample space to store backups etc.
